Report directly to Managing Director in tracking and reporting on investments of high net worth family office including equities (long/short), options, equity swaps, senior secured bank debt, bonds, derivatives, hedge funds and private equity funds
Serve as books and records for two internal Fund of Funds (PE/VC and Absolute Return)
Managed bookkeeping for seven hedge funds on Advent Axys and Advent Partner
Head of day to day procedures for the hedge funds
Streamlined and automated the daily reconciliation and month end closing procedures from a dozen custodial feeds allowing a start-up organization the ability to rapidly hire more proprietary traders and hedge fund managers without adding to back office support
Manage trade breaks/settlements, P&L, wires, client servicing, MIS, performance, private placements / PIPE deals and audit preparation
Prepare month end close for hedge funds with CFO (Partner)
Maintain 50+ proprietary trading accounts. “Point to Point” feed with prime brokerage
